Actor Taylor Kitsch (seen here with Rihanna in 2013's "Battleship") will attend the Middle East Film and Comic Con (MEFCC) to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from April 3 to 5.

Dubai: Hollywood actor Taylor Kitsch is heading to Dubai. The Canadian hottie, best known for his roles in John Carter and Battleship, will be a guest at the Middle East Film and Comic Con (MEFCC) to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from April 3 to 5.

Kitsch will join a number of celebrity guests, including Giancarlo Esposito, best known as the chilling villain Gus from the award-winning show Breaking Bad, Seth Green, Tony Jaa, Michael Jai White, Sylvester McCoy, Christopher Sabat and Max Landis.

The stars will take part in panel discussions at the event, which celebrates everything pop culture. A complete schedule of the panel discussions and workshops is available through the event’s official website mefcc.com.

Attendees will also be able to buy autograph and photo coupons, which they can cash in for a signature from or a picture with their favourite guest. A schedule of celebrity signings has yet to be confirmed.

Tickets to the MEFCC are available in the form of VIP passes at Dh500, weekend passes at Dh160 and one-day passes at Dh85. VIP passes grant entry for Thursday, April 3, between 4pm–8pm, Friday, April 4, between 12pm–10pm and Saturday, April 5, between 12pm–9pm. Weekend passes are only for Friday and Saturday, while one-day passes can be bought for either Friday or Saturday. Thursday activities between 12pm-3pm are reserved for school and university bookings and are not available to individuals. Tickets are available through ticketmaster.ae.
