Nicolas Cage does Bollywood in Dubai

Hollywood star Nicolas Cage was in Dubai for a few hours on Saturday to launch a new car, and bust a few Bollywood moves.

The actor was flown into the UAE by Audi India to unveil their latest A8L car at the Armani Hotel.

Dubai-based presenter Shereen Mitwalli was hired to interview Cage at the event.

“He was a total sweetheart. He was so inquisitive about Dubai. He’s been here before for the Dubai International Film Festival and was so surprised by how much the city has progressed since his last visit,” Mitwalli. of OnStage International, told tabloid! “I asked him a lot of questions, and one of them was if he would ever do a Bollywood film. He said, ‘Yes’ and we practiced a few moves.”

Other questions included his favourite Nicolas Cage movie (“Face/Off”) and the most fun film he’s done (“Honeymoon in Vegas”).

“He landed at midday on Saturday and left for the US early the next morning but was so cheerful and a thorough gentleman the whole time,” said Mitwalli.

Cage’s latest film Joe is scheduled to release in the UAE next week.
