Middle East's Comic Con version to hit Dubai

Dubai: The Middle East is finally getting its own version of Comic Con on April 20 to 21 at Dubai International Marine Club's Mina Seyahi Hall.

In addition to celebrity appearances from Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa, John Rhys Davies from Lord of the Rings, The Walking Dead's Laurie Holden and Filipina cosplay queen Alodia Gosengfiao there will be panel discussions and workshops, cosplay competitions, a Marvel comics stand, an anime channel and regional artists displaying their work.

Doors open at 10am daily for VIP ticket holders from noon on Friday and 11am on Saturday. Single day entry is Dh55; weekend is Dh100 and VIP is Dh500. Email info@mefcc.com.
