Michelle Monaghan previously touted her baby bump on the red carpet and the streets of Los Angeles. Finally, she’s popped!

The True Detective actress and graphic artist husband Peter White welcomed their second child the day before Halloween. Their baby was a boy named Tommy Francis.

Little Tommy joins his four-year-old sister Willow Katherine, rounding out Monaghan’s bunch. The new mum can now pour her attention toward another bundle of joy. “Every day feels like Christmas. [Motherhood] is such a profound love,” Monaghan told People.

In 2010, Monaghan said motherhood is also a balancing act. “On my kitchen counter sits a Kitchen Aid mixer, a potty seat, and a small pile of scripts,” Monaghan told Women’s Health magazine. “That pretty much sums it up. I’m a homemaker, a potty trainer, and a part-time pretender.”

Oh, and she’s quite the go-getter. Monaghan and her husband met 12 years ago through mutual friends at a New York City bar. The day after they met, Monaghan mustered the courage to ask White out. They’ve been married since 2005.

The 37-year-old actress will play the lead in upcoming drama Fort Bliss about a war veteran struggling to rekindle her relationship with her son. Monaghan will also play a part in the comedy Better Living Through Chemistry, alongside Olivia Wilde Sam Rockwell and Jane Fonda.
