We definitely can’t hold them down. After sweeping the Grammys last month, music’s current hottest duo Maclemore & Ryan Lewis are saying marhaba UAE. The pair will perform on April 25 at the du Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Organiser Flash Entertainment said special guests will also be announced soon.
The Seattle-based duo, who won four Grammys including Best New Artist, arrive on the back of a hugely successful international tour which has taken them around the world. Last week, they were also named the most successful songwriters of 2013 in the UK by Music Week magazine, based on the success of their singles Can’t Hold Us, Thrift Shop and Same Love.
Tickets to the Abu Dhabi concert are priced at Dh295 for General Admission with a limited quantity of Early Entry tickets at Dh395.
