Attorney Marc Heller says the actress faces no formal charges after prosecutors were unable to gather sufficient evidence to prove the case. Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is reportedly hoping to head to Australia next month to escape from the media and make some money from TV appearances before she enters rehab.

The 26-year-old has been sentenced to 90 days in a rehab after lying to police about a car crash last summer. However it’s now being reported that she wants to spend some time in Australia and plans to earn money from TV appearances while she’s there.

“Lohan is planning to head to Sydney in a few weeks,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

“She’s already started looking over offers of six-figure sums for TV appearances. Lohan wants to get away from the media,” the source added.

The actress is hoping to move past her problems and has recently become close to Kristen Stewart, with the pair apparently discussing living their lives in the public eye.

“They met through one of Lohan’s friends who also knows Stewart,” the source said.

Lohan was invited up to Stewart’s house last week, and they hung out with Robert Pattinson, who was back from filming in Australia.
