It was only a matter of time once the divorce papers were filed, Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s Tarzana house is up for sale.
A mere $5.499 million (Dh20 million) will get you the keys to the 743-square-metre kingdom, Hot Property reported on Wednesday.
The couple paid $3.95 million for the house, which sits on 3035 square metres of area in Mulholland Park, in 2009.
Before the youngest Kardashian sister filed papers with the court on December 13, she and Odom had been living apart for months, their relationship on the rocks while the basketball player allegedly struggled with a drug problem amid rumours of infidelity. The two got married in 2009 after a month’s courtship.
When the cameras of Keeping Up With the Kardashians went to Khloé’s house in recent episodes, Lamar was nowhere to be seen.
The duo will be giving up seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a den, a home theatre and — most importantly, some might say — custom closets.
