Actor Vadde Naveen, who has played lead roles in more than 25 Telugu films, is making his comeback in upcoming film Golusu.
“He was waiting for an opportunity to make a comeback and that’s when he was offered this role. He’s playing the villain in Golusu and everything about his role is being kept a secret,” a source from the film’s unit said.
The film, an action-thriller, is being helmed by Ram Gopal Varma. It features Manchu Manoj in the lead.
It was also reported that actor Jagapathi Babu will also be starring in the film.
“Jagapathi will also be seen in an interesting role. Ramu sir hasn’t revealed yet whether he’ll be playing the villian as well,” the source said.
Surabhi will also star in Golusu, which went into production last week.
