Actor Ali Fazal took a short break while shooting for his film Khamoshiyaan in Cape Town to meet his friend and Bobby Jasoos co-star Vidya Balan.
Balan was also shooting in Cape Town for Mohit Suri’s Humari Adhuri Kahaani. The actors were so busy filming that they were unable to take time out for a meeting. Fazal took the initiative and went to meet the actress on her sets. They chatted and relived memories from the sets of Bobby Jasoos.
“It’s really weird and funny. Vidya and I were shooting at the same place and at the same time, but unfortunately we couldn’t meet. As Vidya is one of my closest friends, it would be unfair on my part not to meet her, especially when we were shooting just minutes away.
“So I took a short break and went to meet her...It was crazy and fun. It is always good to meet and hang out with her,” Ali said in a statement.
The duo became friends while filming Bobby Jasoos.
