He’s been part of some of the most iconic Bollywood films in history including Rang De Basanti and 3 Idiots. Now, actor Sharman Joshi is going back to where it all began for him, theatre — and in Dubai.
Raju Raja Ram Aur Main, a Hindi play, will run for two days — October 31 and November 1 — at the Centrepoint Theatre at Ductac, Mall of the Emirates. The ‘dramedy’ will see Joshi play multiple characters in a story that involves an industrialist who discovers his young wife is having an affair with his personal assistant.
The 39-year-old actor, who began his acting career in theatre, has been touring India with the play. Last seen in the critically-panned Gang of Ghosts, Joshi’s next film is Super Nani, featuring iconic Bollywood actress, Rekha.
