Actress Neha Dhupia has film production on her mind. She says it may happen in the future.
“The one business that I always wanted to do is filmmaking. I am looking to get into production in future. I want to produce films,” said Dhupia.
Other Bollywood beauties who have entered the production domain include Pooja Bhatt, Shilpa Shetty, Dia Mirza, Lara Dutta, Juhi Chawla and Preity Zinta.
Meanwhile, Dhupia will next be seen on the big screen in Ekkees Toppon Ki Salaami where she will play a struggling actress.
Of her struggle in real life, the former beauty queen said: “It’s an ongoing process. Everybody is struggling — be it people in the top league or newcomers.”
The film features Dhupia in a song where she pays tribute to actresses such as Helen, Madhuri Dixit, Zeenat Aman and Aishwarya Rai. She says she was especially conscious while imitating dancer Helen.
“It was a very challenging song where I had to copy the steps of legendary actresses. I was consious about imitating Helenji. She is a legend and a fabulous dancer. The song is part of the film and it’s very unusual,” she added.
