British singer Ed Sheeran performed to a jam-packed audience at Mahalaxmi Race Course in his debut show in India before partying with Bollywood’s biggest stars at Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa residence.
The Lego House hitmaker celebrated his show with Bollywood A-listers Abhishek Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan.
The singer — who performs in Dubai on March 5 — performed in a kurta, traditional Indian wear, at one point in the show.
Sheeran posted a picture of the huge crowd on his Instagram account, captioned “Mumbai”.
The 24-year-old singer’s debut concert also caused traffic snarls in the city.
“So @edsheeran is in mumbai, causing major traffic jam, which I am stuck in, but not going for the concert, so cl1ose yet so far,” Sonakshi Sinha tweeted.
Before his India concert, the Grammy-nominated singer performed Muscat, Oman on February 28.
