Ayan Mukherjee’s next to release December 2016

Director Ayan Mukherjee’s next project starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will hit the screens on December 23, 2016.

This will be Mukherjee and Kapoor’s third film together.

“Ayan Mukherjee’s next for Dharma productions is slated to begin next year,” filmmaker Karan Johar tweeted on Tuesday.

In the past, Mukherjee has teamed up with Kapoor for hits Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Wake Up Sid and both films were produced by Johar under his banner Dharma Productions.

According to reports, the actor will be seen as a mythological superhero in the yet-to-be-titled film.
