Singer-composer Jermaine Jackson, big brother to King of Pop Michael Jackson, will both end 2014 and start 2015 with appearances in Dubai. On January 1, he will step out at a planned Viva Africa concert at Dome Land, Chi Garden in Oud Metha. Nigerian artist Davido is set to headline the event. Jackson will appear on stage, organisers told tabloid!, but he will not perform.
A night earlier, on New Year’s Eve, Jackson will take to the stage with The Jacksons as the headliners of Masterjam at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre. The group will join a retro bill of big-name artists such as Nile Rodgers featuring Chic, Gloria Gaynor and Chaka Khan.
