Creed frontman Scott Stapp is ‘irrational, incoherent, delusional, psychotic, dangerous and needs to be involuntarily committed to a mental facility again’, according to his estranged wife and mother-in-law, who have filed legal documents to try to convince a judge.

According to TMZ.com, Jaclyn Stapp and Hayat Nesheiwat filed the documents Wednesday, three days after the singer was released from a psychiatric hold.

The women say Stapp refuses to get help and is deep into drugs, including amphetamines, steroids, weed amd coke.

The 41-year-old lead singer of the Grammy-winning band posted a rambling 15-minute-long video on his Facebook page on Wednesday saying he’s been living in a hotel. He said he had been living in his truck and had no money for gas or food.

Stapp says money has been stolen from his bank account and royalty payments have not been paid to him.

Stapp denies he’s taking drugs or alcohol in the video, which was later deleted and replaced with another post.

“I’m going to step back and let God control everything from here on,” he said. “I should have continued to do that before I allowed my hurt, frustration, and emotions take control and post those videos. All I can say is that the truth will set you (me) free. This is a test of faith, and I will NEVER give up or lose my faith. No matter what. This will be my last statement until after justice is served. Love to you all my friends.”

Creed last toured together in 2012. The band was one of the most successful rock acts of the 1990s, selling more than 40 million albums. Creed won the Grammy for best rock song for With Arms Wide Open in 2001.
