A woman who claims Bill Cosby drugged and sexually molested her in 2008 took her case to police January 14, 2015, said her lawyer, who added that he believes the actor could be prosecuted. Chloe Goins was 18 at the time of the alleged incident at the Playboy Mansion, which could be the first case to fall within the statute of limitations allowing a prosecution to be brought, said lawyer Spencer Kuvin. Boston: One of comedian Bill Cosby’s upcoming Massachusetts shows has been cancelled.

Officials at the Hanover Theatre in Worcester say the promoter of the stand-up comedy show scheduled for February 6 came to an agreement with Cosby’s agent to cancel.

Hanover President and Chief Executive Officer Troy Siebels tells The Telegram & Gazette that 1,300 tickets had been sold for the Cosby show in a venue that seats 2,300.

The 77-year-old Cosby is facing sexual assault allegations from more than 15 women, with some dating back decades. He has denied the allegations through his lawyer and has never been charged.

Cosby’s recent appearances have drawn protesters.

Two shows at Boston’s 1,200-seat Wilbur Theatre on February 8 are expected to go on as scheduled.

Cosby has a home in western Massachusetts.
