George Clooney back with Monika Jakisic

When you’ve dated as many women as George Clooney, perhaps a little repetition is inevitable.

The actor has reportedly rekindled his romance with old flame Monika Jakisic.

The 52-year-old actor and the Croatian model are said to have enjoyed an on-off relationship since 2004 and apparently began dating again last month.

They were first spotted flirting at London nightclub LouLou’s in May, when Clooney was still with former wrestler Stacy Keibler.

A source claimed: “They danced and held hands. He’s been calling and texting Monika ever since.”

At the time, Clooney insisted the story was false. He said: “The story is made up. I wasn’t holding anybody’s hand.”

But now an American magazine claims the couple spent the night at Clooney’s mansion on September 25 after meeting up again in Los Angeles. “They spent hours talking, and have an incredible connection,” an insider said.

Jakisic, 33, is known as “the Croatian sensation”, and was hailed as the sexiest woman alive by Esquire magazine in 2010.

She was spotted with Oscar-winning star Clooney on his yacht off the coast of St Tropez in 2007.

It seems Keibler may have moved on after the split, too.

On Monday the 33-year-old posted a photograph on social-networking site Instagram of her sipping wine with new boyfriend Jared Pobre in Paris.

She dated Clooney for two years. They broke up in July, with the actor blaming the split on work commitments and the couple spending long periods apart.

Clooney was unavailable for comment on Sunday.
