Chris Tucker will perform two stand-up shows in Abu Dhabi next month.
American comedian, known for roles in the films Friday and Rush Hour will perform at the du Forum, Yas Island, on February 28 and March 1, announced organisers Flash Entertainment on Thursday. Flash added that the comedy shows -- the first at the venue, which usually hosts music events -- “are part of many multi-genre entertainment events planned for the Capital this year.”
Tucker is famous for his celebrity impersonations and high-pitched voice. He was most recently seen onscreen in the hit film Silver Linings Playbook, which has eight Oscar nominations.
