Is she or isn't she? There's no doubt that the Arabic media is obsessed with Haifa Wehbe, but the news that the singer is pregnant may not be true.
Speculation started last year as soon as the pretty singer married her Egyptian husband Ahmad Abu Heshima.
A recent report said that Wehbe was five months' pregnant. However, the singer, who always said she would announce her pregnancy herself, strongly denied it. Wehbe said that she wished it were true, adding that she did not know who was behind such stories.
The Arabic website that carried the news also claimed that Wehbe knew of her pregnancy from the time she filmed the clip for the song 80 Malyoun Ihsas (80 Million Feelings), but she had decided to keep the news to herself until she passed the critical first stage of pregnancy.
Nasri's secret
After her split from production company Rotana, Lebanese singer Maya Nasri released a new song, which she produced on her own.
The singer is said to be cautious about selectinga new production company, especially after her success as an actress, as she intends to focus on her acting career and doesn't want singing to get in the way.
Nasri's latest project is a new film, which she will start shooting in October. Nasri did not reveal any details about the movie but said she would do that after getting permission from the film's producer.
