Safety first
Nicole Saba has apparently postponed all her activities until she feels it is safe enough to leave Lebanon and return to Cairo. The singer has put off shooting her latest clip for a song titled Birahti, as well as the shooting for a new Egyptian drama series titled Adda El Nahar.

Haifa: I didn't flee
Haifa Wehbe has denied rumours that she escaped from Lebanon at the first sign of trouble recently. The singer, according a press release by her manager, is still at home in Beirut with her family, and like any other Lebanese citizen, is praying for the country's peace and stability.

Fairouz stuck
After performing her play Sah Al Noum for 5 nights in Sharjah, Lebanese singer Fairouz was stuck in Beirut Airport when all the roads leading to the airport were cut off because of riots in Lebanon. The singer, accompanied by her supporting actors and band, finally managed to leave the airport after many hours.

Immoral Dina?
Egyptian belly dancer Dina was invited to a school gathering in Cairo recently. The sensational dancer created a stir among the students, who crowded around to take pictures of her dancing. This prompted many parents to protest and a lawyer to file a case against the school for inviting the dancer, claiming that such acts were immoral and would corrupt the students.
