Bobby Jasoos star Ali Fazal says he was approached for a role in popular American TV show Homeland but he had to let it go due to commitments in Bollywood.
The rising actor, who has already bagged a role in the next instalment of Fast And Furious, said the producers wanted him to do workshops in July and shoot the show later but those dates were already alloted to Khamoshiyan and for the promotions of Bobby Jasoos starring Vidya Balan.
“I was approached for Homeland, and it was a great opportunity; but they asked me for my dates and those were given to Mukesh Sir’s Film and my promotions for Bobby Jasoos,” Fazal said in a statement.
The actor made his debut with Aamir Khan in 3 Idiots and was seen most recently in Fukrey.
