Dubai: Emerging Emirati, UAE-based and GCC artists can now start applying for the ninth edition of the annual Sikka Art Fair, the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) announced.
The emirate’s leading annual fair for emerging talent will return to Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood from March 16-24, 2019 as a headline event of the Dubai Art Season.
New applicants with talents within the spectrum of visual arts, performing arts, music and film can apply until September 27 by filling an application form on the Dubai Culture website.
Sikka is one of the region’s most anticipated platforms for young talent, offering a unique celebration of visual and performing arts, music and film, along with home-grown food vendors, a vibrant programme of free adult and children’s workshops and an array of activities for the entire family.
