MANCHESTER UNITED DESPERATE FOR RASHFORD TO STAY: Erik ten Hag, the new coach of Manchester United manager believes striker Marcus Rashford will stay at Old Trafford this season. The England forward has been linked with a move away all summer and was tipped to join French side Paris St-Germain. But Ten Hag has reiterated his desire for the 24-year-old to stay at the club. “He knows I love him, he knows I want him to be here,” said the former Ajax coach who began his tenure as United manager with a disappointing 2-1 home defeat to Brighton last weekend. Ten Hag will be desperate for Rashford to stay put as finding a suitable replacement with just 2 weeks of the transfer window remaining will be difficult. If United were to lose Rashford and Cristiano Ronaldo who has made clear his intentions of wanting to play elsewhere, United will have a very difficult season.
