HAPPY WORLD EGG DAY: The importance of eating eggs has hit the headlines again ahead of World Egg Day tomorrow. But like everything else, the umpteen theories on the long-vouched benefits of this humble food item have invited their share of counter-theories too as research advances. Never mind the white vs yellow debate, the merits and demerits of eggs have been broken down to how we eat them too. Hard-boiled, scrambled, sunny-side up or poached - there’s invariably a set of plus and minus points that go with it. So where does that leave us?
