HEALTH IS NEW FRONTIER FOR TALENTED EMIRATI YOUTH: The UAE has given a boost to the competitiveness of Emiratis in the private sector, which is mostly comprised of an expat workforce, by facilitating them in the medical field through the Nafis programme. Also known as the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, the healthcare segment under this Emiratisation drive will continue to receive applications from UAE nationals, particularly high school graduates, until August 14. To incentivise youth in this crucial sector, the programme offers scholarships, monthly incentives and job opportunities.
