Essentially, it will allow professionals working abroad to relocate to Dubai with their families, giving them full access to facilities like utility services and schooling. FIGHTING COVID-19 ALL OVER AGAIN IN EUROPE: Europe is fighting a second wave of COVID-19 with tighter measures. Nine cities in France have been placed under curfew, while Germany and Ireland have also ramped up restrictions. With rising cases, there is a sense of urgency to clamp down on the spread of the coronavirus. But governments have to make tough choices and in some countries, like India, cinemas have reopened hoping to lure back fans. With two clinical trials for vaccines suspended in the US, governments have to strike a delicate balance between taking care of the health of people while ensuring that the economy is not hurt.
