17 YEARS – AND COUNTING - OF UAE’S RECORD ACHIEVEMENTS: Yesterday, the UAE Cabinet completed 17 years since His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, became the Prime Minister. It was indeed a proud moment as Sheikh Mohammed, during his 17 years in the Prime Minister’s Office, issued more than 10,000 resolutions through 440 Cabinet meetings, as well as 4,200 rules in the social, economic and service sectors. MOMENTS OF AIR RAGE BURDEN AIRLINES AND TRAVELERS: A passenger losing his cool on-board a flight only has a few consequences to deal with – and none of them will do him or her any good. A moment of clarity of thought before embarking on an air rage will save the individual a lot of regrets later on. Not to mention penalties or worse. Even then, bouts of air rage are on the rise, and airlines and their crews are bearing the brunt of it. As are fellow passengers. WARNER BROS. PREFERS TO STICK WITH THE TRIED AND TESTED: Warner Bros. Discovery has unveiled its new lineup and it seems to prefer to stick with the tried and tested. Among the media company's safe bets are franchises that will likely lure viewers, the Associated Press reports, for its rebranded Max streaming service. That includes a ‘Harry Potter’ series and a ‘Game of Thrones’ prequel. The 'Harry Potter' movies, based on JK Rowling's books, were immensely successful — as was the web series 'Game of Thrones'. Other spinoffs the studio plans are one based on the Penguin character in ‘The Batman’, and another comedy set in the ‘Big Bang Theory’ universe. Is this a sign of the times?
