Dubai: A Syrian man who won a million dollars in the latest Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise draw on Tuesday remains untraceable, according to organisers.

Feras Al Nemah’s ticket number 4710 in Series 272 was picked as the winner during the draw held at Concourse A in terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

Al Nemah bought his ticket online.

Meanwhile, Hassan Ebrahim, 33 year-old Egyptian resident of Dubai, won a BMW R Nine T Scrambler motorbike in the Finest Surprise draw.

Ebrahim, a regular online ticket buyer, was delighted in that his ticket number 0356 in Series 335 was picked as the winner.

He said: “It was an unexpected call and I was really surprised. Big thank you, Dubai Duty Free.”

The latest Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise draw was conducted by Colm McLoughlin, executive vice-chairman and CEO of DDF; Ramesh Cidambi, chief operating officer; Sinead Al Sibai, senior vice-president — marketing; Sean Staunton, senior vice-president — retail sales, and Michael Schmidt, senior vice-president — retail support.
