Lifetime Achievement Award for Azad Moopen

Dubai: Dr Azad Moopen, founder chairman and managing director of Aster DM Healthcare, received the Lifetime Achievement Award at Gulf Indian Leadership Summit and Awards 2018, organised by Republic TV.

The award recognises Dr Moopen’s contribution in shaping the health care industry in UAE and the Gulf. Starting from a single clinic in Dubai in 1987 to a global health care conglomerate of more than 323 facilities spread across nine countries, Aster DM Healthcare was established by Dr Moopen. His mission is providing quality health care that is affordable and accessible to everyone.

The award was presented by Shri Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Indian Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports; and Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting. He was accompanied by Arnab Goswami, managing director of Republic TV, during the felicitation ceremony held at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai.
