American athlete, and three-time NFL Super Bowl champion Tom Brady is one of the oldest people to achieve the level of success he has in what is arguably the most revered sport in the United States. While critics have always maintained that 35 was too old for NFL, Tom has stunned everyone with his stellar performance over the years. And now, at 44 years of age. he’s pushing the boundaries yet again, albeit in a completely different direction – performance apparel. His eponymous brand – Brady.
While there is inherent coolness attached to the brand, Tom defines Brady as ‘performance wear’. However, despite their rough and tumble promise, the apparel line is pleasingly elegant. He developed the brand with fellow athletes to ensure purity of purpose.
“I’m proud to partner with this line-up of NCAA and newly drafted athletes for the first BRADY campaign. These hardworking and driven players embody the spirit and ethos in which this brand was founded. From my fellow Michigan Men Cade McNamara and Andrew Fenty to Shedeur Sanders, Jermaine Samuels, and more, I’m excited for the world to first see Brady on the next generation of superstars,” Tom said in an Instagram post announcing the new brand.
Brady, which launched in January, 2022, draws from over 20 years’ experience in pro-sports and applies that expertise to a system of clothing to create outerwear “that performs across every activity from training to living.”
Dubbed as “Apparel for athletes by athletes”, the clothing line was in development for over three years. The fabrics and materials meld natural elements with cutting-edge technology, to allow the body to move, breathe, and sweat during sports activity and beyond. Think hoodies, sweatshirts, training jackets and hats etc.
