Dubai: A UAE-based firm has been recognised by the United Nations for its support in the global fight against malaria.
Al Ansari Exchange was honoured at the Global Leadership Dinner for its financial and moral contributions to ‘Nothing But Nets,’ a global grass roots campaign to raise awareness and funding to fight malaria.
The recognition came from the United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA) and the United Nations Foundation.
Rashed Al Ansari, general manager of Al Ansari Exchange, accepted the honour on behalf of the company.
