Dubai: Dubai Municipality is building a modern nursery for the children of its employees in Al Twar.

Hussain Nasser Lootah, director-general of the municipality, has approved the Dh14 million project, the civic body said on Tuesday.

The building will have 10 classrooms that can accommodate 240 children, a covered and air-conditioned play area, a multi-purpose hall, a library, and administrative offices.

It will also have a service building, 3,000 square feet of paved ground, and a yard, among other facilities.
