Municipality closes three-fourths of Al Bateen Beach
Section will be closed from November 7 to 15 to prepare for National Day celebrations

Abu Dhabi: A large section of Al Bateen Beach in the capital has been closed in preparation for the upcoming National Day celebrations, the Abu Dhabi Municipality announced in a statement sent today (November 5).
The closure of nearly 75 per cent of the beach will be implemented from November 7 to 15 in order to facilitate construction works on the site. The site will then be used for celebrations by the Municipality and the UAE Red Crescent Authority.
