Abu Dhabi: Talented female entrepreneurs are looking forward to a glamorous evening where their remarkable achievements in a variety of fields like arts, business and fashion will be recognised by L'Officiel Middle East, a fashion magazine for Arab women.

The magazine will present the 2011 Arab Woman of the Year Awards through a glittering evening held at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr on May 18. This is the third year that this award is granted.

The 2011 Arab Woman of the Year Awards is sponsored by several institutions including First Gulf Bank, Emirates Motor Company, Mercedes, Clarins and many others who showcase their pledge to honour the excellence of Emirati women.

The select panel of expert judges led by L'Officiel Middle East Editor Nadine Al Chaer will be reviewing the high profile nominees for the different categories.
