Dubai Charity Association to spend Dh20m in Ramadan

Dubai: Dubai Charity Association on Monday said it plans to spend Dh20 million on eligible beneficiaries this Ramadan.

The funds will support food packs for families, iftar meals in mosques, Eid clothes, and spending on orphans, among other projects. Last Ramadan, the charity spent Dh26.8 million on various projects for the benefit of 4,475 families, assisted by a Dh20 million donation from Dubai Islamic Bank.
