I live by myself, have long working hours and like to cook myself. This is why I prefer to make vegetables ? they are not just snappy to make but are also the most innovative to work on.

Potato is my favourite. I make it in different ways - baked, fried, mashed, or in gravy with peas, tomatos or occasionally with meat.
This is one vegetable that adds on well in any dish and it takes over the preparation to give it a taste of its own.

ue to my work schedule, I don't get to dine out much but I do manage to make one or two visits to Aroos Damascus for the occasional treat of grilled chicken and kebabs.
