Convenience at your fingertips
As our Gulf News colleague did, simply download the McDonald’s App in the UAE on Android or iOS and select the Pick-Up Service from the homepage. From your location, you will be able to select the most convenient McDonald’s restaurant for your commute, you then place your order, pay for it online and pick it up from the front counter.
In Yousra’s case, she arrived at the funky McDonald’s restaurant in Boxpark, minutes from her work, and after a quick temperature check, she was able to go straight to the front counter to collect her breakfast immediately, without the need to queue.
“Over recent months we’ve seen double digit growth in orders placed via the McDonald’s App.” Says Walid Fakih, General Manager at McDonald’s UAE.
“We appreciate that now more than ever people are time conscious which is why the Pick-Up Service provides a wait-free solution, whilst guaranteeing the same high level of service and safety standards that our customers expect from our restaurants.”
