Calling all young aspiring UAE actors.

The producers of the massive production, Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story, are looking for young local actors to join the show when it premieres in Dubai in March. About 20 boys and girls will have the chance to get walk-on parts in the live performance which will run at the Dubai World Trade Centre Arena from March 5 to 13. Those chosen will take part in rehearsals with the cast, get costume and hair and make-up consultation with the production team, and then appear on the show. No prior acting experience is required.

Based on the children’s classic by JM Barrie; Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story World Arena Tour is a high-flying, hi-tech fantasy adventure that, according to organisers, combines the drama and excitement of live theatre with the epic visuals of a blockbuster movie.

To win the opportunity, aspiring actors, boys or girls, must be between the age of 8 and 15 years. Go to the Yak Events registration at The Dubai Mall, next to the Aquarium, and tell the judges why you would like to be a lost boy or girl. Or you can register on www.yakevents.com/mypeterpan

Final auditions will be held at The Dubai Mall on February 27 and 28 from 6-9PM, where the original cast from the show will be among the judges.
