Dubai: The Deputy Director General of the Technological Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda), Irene Isaac, is visiting Dubai to preside over a forum on the registration and accreditation of training programmes and assessors in the UAE.

Leaders of Filipino community organisers are invited to the forum to be held at the Rizal Hall, the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (Polo), Consulate General of the Philippines at 2:30pm on Friday, 23 May 2014.
