The overview The Color Run is part of Daman ActiveLife’s motive to get more people away from their PlayStation and into their running shoes. It’s a fun run with no competitive element attached, so don’t worry if you’re self-conscious. You can walk the course if you like.

Run through all the colours of the rainbow at The Color Run

Running gear Get into the colour spirit by wearing white clothes that you don’t mind getting covered in all the colours of the rainbow.

Course The run is over 5km and is un-timed. There is no competitive element implied, it’s all about having fun. You will be peppered and doused in a different colour at every kilometer.
