Dubai. Heena Harish, the skipper of Our Own English High School, Sharjah cracked an unbeaten 177 against Gulf Indian School Dubai in the Maxtalent Global Sports Vision Cup inter-school girls’ cricket tournament. Elaine Rodrigues and Heena put on an unbeaten partnership of 252 runs in 15 overs.
Heena erased the record for the highest score in this tournament held by Jayanti Sarkar of Gems Modern Academy when she hit 84 runs last year. This partnership effort also bettered the 112 runs scored by Jayanti and Bonfilla of Gems Modern Academy last year.

Heena’s knock contained nine sixes and 17 boundaries. In reply, Gulf Indian School could score only 72 for 3 in 15 overs.
