Volleyball tournament starts on Friday

Emirates is holding its inter-department and inter-airline volleyball tournament today and on February 29 respectively.

Dubai: Emirates is holding its inter-department and inter-airline volleyball tournament today and on February 29 respectively.

Games have been scheduled at the Dubai International Academy, starting from 8.30 am with the final slotted for 6pm on both the days.

The inter-department competition will consist of local teams from all Emirates departments. Organisers are expecting a full field of 20 teams, including four women's sides.

The inter-airlines contest will consist of eight outstation teams along with two sides from the organisers.
