Official Fina draw to be held on October 12
Dubai: The official Water Polo draw for the 12th Fina World Championships will be held on October 12 at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) from 7am until 9am.
The draw will be conducted alongside the outdoor pool at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre which is where the Water Polo competition will be held during the World Championships.
Thirty-two teams (16 men and 16 women) will compete at the World Championships in Melbourne next March.
The official draw will be held to determine what group each country will compete in.
The Water Polo programme at the 12th FINA World Championships will commence on day two of the 15-day Championships.
Coaching at Coral Beach Sharjah
Dubai: The Coral Beach Resort Sharjah will be starting tennis coaching for youngsters following the long summer break.
The training camp will be for children of all ages starting from as young as six-year-olds. Former ATP ranked player and Coral Beach coach Shiv Shanker has worked out tailor-made programmes for beginners, intermediate and advanced players.
