Cash prizes to be raised at camel beauty event
Mohammad Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture & Heritage, said Shaikh Mohammad also issued directives to increase the number of display times for each camel to a range between one and 10 times.
Western Region: General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has ordered the raising of the cash prizes of the Camel Beauty Contest, being held as part of the ongoing Mazzaynat Al Dhafra Festival.
Full of praise
Mohammad Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture & Heritage, said Shaikh Mohammad also issued directives to increase the number of display times for each camel to a range between one and 10 times.
Shaikh Khalid Bin Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan yesterday attended part of the contest. He was full of praise for the huge success the contest has enjoyed.
Shaikh Khalid also inspected the farms and toured the local products souq, held as part of the festival.

He was accompanied during his tour by Shaikh Abdullah Bin Mohammad Bin Butti Al Hamed, Undersecretary of the Court of the Ruler's Representative in the Western Region, Mohammad Khalaf Al Mazrouei and a number of senior officials.
