Al Rawahi continues to dominate
The Max Master class saw Luc Bauwmans close the points gap to Andrew Fuller after a hard-fought win
Dubai: Sanad Al Rawahi continued his dominance in the Senior Max 125 class in Round Six of the Al Ain Raceway Karting Championship last weekend.
With Al Rawahi holding up the front, Nikita Miliakov was back in second and Ali Al Najar was promoted to third after an official's decision to apply a penalty to Piers Pakenham-Walsh, who was deemed to have caused an avoidable collision.
The Max Master class saw Luc Bauwmans close the points gap to Andrew Fuller after a hard-fought win as Fuller finished third behind Walid Al Qasimi.
In the DD2 class, Maurits Knopjes stretched his lead even as his friend and rival Shaikh Hasher Al Maktoum came in second and Arnaud Bouf was third. In the Cadet class, Taymour Kermanshahchi extended his lead over Alain Bauwmans and Finn Healy. The Honda Challenge, meanwhile, was won by Hussain Ali.
