Four-year suspension given to cyclist Badr Mirza

Dubai: The National Anti-Doping Committee (Nadoc) announced that it has received a letter from the Arab Cycling Federation (ACF), notifying them that a four-year suspension has been enforced on cyclist Badr Mirza.

Dr Ahmad Al Hashemi, Chairman of Nadoc, said the committee has requested a clarification from ACF on the technical and administrative procedures that resulted in Mirza’s ban.

Al Hashemi said Nadoc will take the necessary decision based on ACF’s reply.
