Abu Dhabi: Borouge defeated defending champions Adco 3-1 to clinch the Division A Adnoc Group Inter-Oil badminton tournament title.
This contest was a repeat of last year’s finals, but this time Borouge managed to take sweet revenge for their finals loss last year.
However, in the Division B final, Adnoc notched up a thrilling 3-2 victory over Adma-Opco.

The 23rd edition of the Adnoc Group Inter-Oil badminton tournament is one of the major sporting events among Adnoc Group of Companies since 1988.
Top four teams from each division of the round-robin league matches qualified for the semi-finals. A new format will be continued in forthcoming years with Division B Champions moving to Division A and team with least points in Division A will go to Division B.
