Dubai: Some of the top names from the regional and international media will be involved in the first-ever Dubai International Sports Forum over the next two days.
Abdul Hamid Ahmad, Editor-in-Chief, Gulf News, will join Mohammad Jameel Abdul Qader, President, Arab Sports Media Federation, at the inaugural session of the two-day forum at 9.20 am tomorrow. The duo will throw light on "The Role of Sports Media in their capacity of the Fourth Estate".
The second session will feature Refaat Buhairi, sports editor, Al Bayan, Dea Al Deen Ali, sports editor, Al Khaleej, and Ahmad Abu Al Shayeb, sports editor, Emarat Al Youm. Five more session will follow at the forum.
The forum is being jointly organised by the UAE Sports Media Committee and Dubai Sports Council (DSC) at the Movenpick Hotel, Bur Dubai.
