Simply the greatest player ever to throw a dart, Phil’s achievements during over two decades at the top of the sport are unrivalled in any generation, with his huge collection of titles including an amazing 16 World Championship titles.
Taylor has dominated the sport since he broke through in 1990 with his first World Championship win, while he has since added 15 World Matchplay wins and 11 World Grand Prix titles, amongst dozens of major championship triumphs.
The Stoke legend has also enjoyed great success on the World Series of Darts circuit – and entered 2016 having been unbeaten in Australia, with his hat-trick of Sydney Masters titles accompanied by a brace of Perth Masters wins.
Taylor also won the inaugural Japan Masters in 2015 and landed a nine-dart finish in Sydney, the first on the World Series of Darts stage and his 11th in a televised match, while he holds the record televised average of 118.66 from the 2010 UK Open.
