Sharjah: Hosts New India Model School (NIMS), Sharjah reached the semifinals, beating Our Own English High School, Sharjah 40-13 in their last league match of the 12th NIMS Mini Basketball Tournament being played at NIMS, Sharjah.

At half time NIMS led 18-11. Rabeeh top scored for NIMS with 12 points. Joffin Sam and Mohammad Umair contributed eight points each. Mohammad Shariq netted seven points for Our Own English High School.

Emirates National School (ENS), Sharjah, beat Delhi Private School, Dubai, 29-7 in pool D to qualify for the semifinals. Denis Joseph, seven points, Aaron Elroy, six points, and Ajay Asokan were the main scorers for ENS.

Our Own High School, Al Warqa, will face Indian High School, Dubai, and NIMS, will play against ENS in the semifinals.
